We use Gramatan for just their financial services and for occasionally putting us in touch with qualified vendors.  They also attend and run our Annual Meeting.  Otherwise, we’ve been self-managing  our 13-unit HOA in Rye for quite some time.  It is a pleasure to have a buttoned-up, disciplined agent with a solid finanicial background handling our affairs; we just re-upped for two more years.
