Gramatan has been managing our co-op for more than 10 years. In that time with their guidance and expertise, the building has undergone a major transformation.  From a total interior renovation to a new heating system, an oil to gas conversion, new roof and various other projects, the personnel at Gramatan have provided the co-op Board with the information needed to handle these projects in a cost effective and timely fashion.
