We completed converting our boiler from oil to natural gas four years ago.  Nobody on the Board was familiar with the advantages of doing this.  Our agent did an excellent cost – savings analysis.  We have saved at least 30% a year on our energy costs.  Now we are working on retrofitting our building with LED light bulbs and fixtures.  We expect to save 60% on our electricity costs.  We have also implemented a program where our superintendent regularly checks for water leaks in apartments.  With the price of water going up we at least know we are not wasting water.
