When Gramatan took over management of our condominium the biggest challenge we were facing was an unsupervised and unmotivated staff.  They met with the Board and together we formulated a game plan.  All staff members were given schedules with a list of expectations.  There was some grumbling but within a week we noticed a difference.  One underperforming employee refused to improve his work habits and attitude.  Our agent created a paper trail and recommended termination of employment.  They worked closely with our attorney and the union and we prevailed.
