Michael joined Gramatan Management, and founded Gramatan Realty Group in the fall of 2006. GRG was established to respond to a perceived need on the part of owners and renters in Gramatan managed buildings for a source of advice and counsel on the sale and purchase of real estate.

Michael brings 10 years of diverse residential real estate experience to his Gramatan Realty Group clients. While over the years he has enjoyed significant success representing owners and buyers of single family homes in the often frantic Westchester County, NY real estate market, a good portion of his business in recent times has been assisting sellers and prospective buyers with the purchase and sale of area coops and condos. Based on this experience, he has authored a pamphlet on a sometimes complex subject, Buying a Coop.

For the four years prior to founding Gramatan Realty Group, Michael was the Principal Broker at The Seymour Group, a residential real estate practice in Westchester County. Before that he was an award winning Realtor, associated with the Prudential Centennial Agency. Earlier in his career, Michael held senior executive positions with major New York advertising and marketing agencies, and immediately after college was the Assistant Farm Director of the Baltimore Orioles!
